1. Click "Check Device Compatibility" on the main screen
2. Tap "Scan for Compatible Devices" to check your bike
Why You Need the Black Dongle
Simple Bluetooth Upgrade
The clear dongle (shown left) uses older Classic Bluetooth technology. The black dongle (shown right) uses modern BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). Our app requires BLE to function, which is why only the black dongle works.
Only bikes with the black BLE dongle are compatible. The clear Classic Bluetooth dongle will not work with the app.
