Qdash Developemnt & History
The story of Qdash, and how it came to existence :)
First of all, all this wouldn't have been possible with the help of no other then John Angel, Go check him out! he's truly amazing. Thanks so much John :)
Whats Qdash?
Qdash isn't just a app. its a lifestyle. haha just kidding. Qdash is an app that monitors your bikes information accurately and easily. It also will have features like trip logging, bike debugging and parameter editing, all in one place. It's a great tool for any bike enthusiast. (though for now, primary support is Onyx RCR)
Context
Ironcially, the Onyx i have right now isnt even my first one, I had a modded 23ah onyx before, but unfortunately my neighbor crashed it.
Post Crash view
But anyways, the main issue I was facing was no matter what mode I was in, my battery seemed to manage to overheat every single time.

EK battery overheating
Because of this, I ended up switching to an Amorge 50s battery, and its been excellent ever since.
However, while being so entangled with the batteries issues. I never bothered to check on the motor, and unfortunately it too, was overheating, but this time, it was a lot worse.

Motor overheating
When the motor gets to this amount of heat, it was really hard to explain. I tried talking to many people, they were all clueless as to why this was happening. and because of that. Thats why I started developing qdash
Development Timeline
Acquired Onyx RCR

This is where it all started. I got my first Onyx RCR, and started to noticing the overheating issues with the bike.
First Prototype

After months of development, we created our first working prototype. It wasn't pretty, but it proved our concept could work.
Beta Testing

We released our beta version to a small group of enthusiastic e-bike users. Their feedback was invaluable in shaping the app's future.
Current Status
Actively developing new features and improvements based on user feedback.
